This summer, I solo traveled across Japan tasting matcha from different regions and searching for first-harvest matcha that resonated with me. I’m so grateful to have connected with amazing people who helped me build lasting relationships with local tea farmers in yame, uji, kagoshima, and kyushu

Hi! I'm Amina, founder of Mina's Matcha.

I first got into matcha in 2014, and over the years it became more than just a drink to me. Mina's Matcha started as a small pop-up before growing into farmers markets and community events across Seattle, and that community is what made this café possible. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the cart, brought a friend, and believed in this from the beginning. This place is because of you, and I hope every visit gives you a chance to slow down and enjoy a great cup of matcha.
